Hello lovely Bridget! I’ve only just discovered your blog via an awards page, and your photos and recipes are truly inspiring! I love the combination of apples, cinnamon and streusel. It’s a go-to dessert combination in winter and now, thanks to your recipe, I can enjoy it all Summer long too (it’s Summer here in Australia… well, the end of Summer. Still over 30 degrees C every day). Thanks for sharing your beautiful recipes and stories. I’ll be following from now on!

You are so right about one scoop not being enough! For an ice cream addict like myself, I’d likely have almost the entire thing eaten in one sitting and then suffer the consequences (ie, my expanded hips!) This looks delicious, Bridget. And I like the retro-looking tray; it ads a sense of nostalgia to a “classic” looking dessert.
